In the course Design for Mechatronics we have now completed an assignment on measuring temperature and humidity in an inside and outside environment.
Now we’re on to something much different. We are going to make a speaker system!!!
The project is in corporation with B&O whom has donated a Raspberry Pi and a amplifier and we are all very excited for this new electronic project.
We tested the hardware starting with the Raspberry Pi and the amplifier. The connection between the Raspberry Pi and the amplifier was setup with an instruction we found on Google.
Afterwards the wires were connected from amplifier to driver and tweeter. We connected the Wifi to a computer and magically the device started playing music. Now we got a feeling for the hardware and were able to head on with the project.
